I bought a season pass to Thanksgiving Point this week and we went to the dinosaur museum twice. First with my friend Sofia and her kids and then with Dan. It was pretty awesome and if you come with me as a guest you'll get in for half price!
Digging for fossils. The museum allowed for plenty of opportunities to play in the dirt and was thus a big hit with the boys.
Look how smart Brad looks touching buttons on the computer.
This is the erosion pool. The kids get to build dams and canyons, or in the case of Brad and Seth, throw dirt into water.
Into the cave, out of the cave, into the cave, out of the cave....

Looks like fun. Whenever it is really quiet around here...I immediately know Carter has found his way to my computer and is probably turing it off of playing like he is typing and using the mouse! I am surprised how intrigued he is by it! Brady is pretty good at some of the computer games found on disney.com that I can often let him just have at it! I love that museum, I think it has been at least a year and a half since I have been. Time to go back!
that looks like a ton of fun!!!
a season pass to thanksgiving point is an excellent idea, especially for boys. that is really cool. looks like they had a lot of fun. you are so lucky your kids sleep during the day, even if it is in random places. i wish brynne would just crash in the basement or something. she goes and goes all day long until she's plum tuckered out at night, then gets so cranky, it's hard to deal with her.
you have some very good helpers, by the way. i'm amazed at how well they organize the pantry for you. that is the funniest picture.
congrats on completing your basement. it looks awesome! the carpet is very lovely, and the book shelves and cupboards are really cool. what fun! have fun enjoying your new space!
