Over the 4th of July my aunt and uncle invited us to join their family on their house boat in Lake Powell. Unfortunately Dan had to work 5 of the 6 days of the trip, but fortunately he encouraged the boys and I to go.
Seth enjoyed walking in the water more than swimming
Brad thought he was at the day spa and was quite at home taking a rest in the lake.
Here the boys are watching the water go by as the house boat heads down the lake.
The boys haven't shared a crib since they were two months, so I took a couple pictures of them sleeping together because I thought it was so cute to see them together.
They were hillarious to watch in their life vests because their balance was all off and they kept tipping over.
This million dollar house boat parked next to us. Apparently it was built by a French arms dealer who was recently deported. Who says crime doesn't pay- or at least until they ship you away.
There were two different helicopters that transported people to and from the above house boat. One of them landed on the house boat. This picture doesn't do justice to the excitement we all felt watching it land.

Yes, I did get up on a wakeboard for the first time and yes I face planted soon after.

Oh how I LOVE Lake Powell! I used to go there every summer as a kid, but I haven't been for about 10 years! It is so beautiful! I am glad that you had a good time with the boys...they are so dang cute! We need to get together soon...email or call me when you get a chance ;).
On the travel channel they had this special about houseboats. One of them was one at Lake Powell and it looks exactly like the one in your picture. I am almost certain it is the same one. How crazy is that?
