The boys love to hang out in the kitchen and their current favorite is to chase around these balls.
Dan tried to organize his sock drawer (no socks were discarded though) and the boys had a great time "helping"
Any advice would be welcomed. This picture was taken last night about 12:30 and if I look mad, that's because I was, and this is the most flattering of the 3 pictures Dan took. For the past week our boys have been waking up almost every night at either 12 or 2 in the morning. They don't want a bottle, they are just wide awake and want to play. I tried to let them cry it out last night, but after 20 minutes I'd rather just get up with them. They're super happy once they get out of their crib and just want to play.
The boys playing together, or more likely trying to make mischief. I'm already starting to get worried for when they can climb up onto chairs.

Janet...That picture is hilarious. I look at you sitting there with those darling boys and know exactly how you are feeling!! It is so miserable!! I have no advice. I dont let my kids cry it out and I have no other advice, I am tired!
Oh Janet, I know exactly how you feel! Noah will do the same thing from time to time, and we don't let him cry it out either. The good news is that it would only last a week or two, then the was back to his normal sleeping schedule. I hope that is how it will be for your boys. I know that it is exhausting, but I hope that this gives you some hope that it will all return to normal soon.
My advice to you - "The Basement Method."
Let them cry it out. If you don't they learn that you will go to them whenever they want to play and you will be up with them for years to come. It's horrible to listen to, but it usually takes less than one week.
janet, I am sorry, I would agree with Gar butt it SUCKS big time, butt usually only lasts three nights. butt I have to agree they are SOOO cute in that pic, (good thing or they might still be out on the curb) jk
Good luck, hopefully it will be a quick phase they are going through.
Hey Janet........ I think you look great! Although I wish we were talking about this on our back porches! the time change has thrown lizzie off, but sometimes teething and things get them a little off. They will got back to sleeping. We have had a week of letting her scream so that she can get back into her habits, and it only took 4 days and the longest she ever screamed was 50 minutes.... so if it doesn't get better, plug your ears and it will! Miss you guys! Tim is looking into a Residency program in Utah Valley so tell me how the neighborhoods are there???

Janet- Here is my suggestion but keep in mind I am of the "tough love" theory.
You let them cry if it takes hours/days. It is harder for you than it is for them. You let them know who is boss and it will only take a couple of days. PROMISE.
I also really value my sleep and I have really good sleepers. Now I am just trying to get our dog on the same sleep cycle as my kids!
Good luck!
